They treat your car like their own.  It’s the only place in the bay area I would let work on a late model, higher end car.  They are honest and meticulous.  Rob is one of the best techs in the business, wrapping wires, tying to the chassis and putting things back exactly as they were found.  They have done three installs over two appointments and all were perfection.
